Q:  I'm not sure I'm getting the right unit.  How can I find out more info?
A:  You can send us an email and attach a pic (several from different angles would be better!) and we will verify the correct unit for you.

Q:  What are your qualifications?
A:  We have a combined experience of over 120 years.  We have been in business for 75 years, with a large statewide clientele of satisfied, repeat customers.  We are C.E. Niehoff Autohorized Service Distributor, an Authorized Bosch Repair Station, and a Certified DENSO Repair Station.

Q:  What if I'm not happy with my order?
A:  Please call during business hours (7:00-4:30CST) toll free at 1-877-880-3110.  We are committed to the highest standards in customer service.  You may also refer to our Warranty for more info.

Q:  What does "Reman" mean?
A:  Remanufactured.  A remanufatured unit has been rebuilt with high specifications to ensure that a remanufactured unit works as well as a new unit.  Remanufactured units typically feature a lower cost, offer a core return for more savings, and are a great choice for the environmentally minded person.

Q:  Do I have to fill in all the drop-down menus to use the catalog?
A:  No.  With every choice you make, the website updates to narrow the list.  For the most accurate results, enter as much information as you know.  Then, click on each unit for a more detailed description, including applications listed at the bottom of the page.  Please read the applications carefully to ensure you're ordering the correct unit.

Q:  When do you ship?  What carrier do you use?
A:  We ship everyday at 3:00.  Typically, we use UPS for our shipping.  We usually ship UPS Ground, for the price savings, but can ship Next Day Air at your request.

Q:  Do you buy cores?
A:  We do purchase some cores.  Please contact us for information about the cores we are buying and the price we offer.

Q:  I can't find the model I'm looking for in the table.  Any suggestions?
A: Yes.  The tables are all arranged by model number.  Numbers appear first, then letters.  For example 792 would appear before B-16.  Also, all number beginning with 1 appear with the 1's, and all numbers beginning with 2 appear with the 2's etc.  For example, 1428 would appear after the 10's, and 100's, not after the 900's.

Q:  I found my model, but there are 3 different units suggested.
A:  You may use any of the units recommended with satisfactory results.  Sometimes, older models of units are replaced with a newer unit, or the old unit has been discontinued, or their are various amps available for those seeking higher output.  Prices may also differ due to availability.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for recommendations.

Q: There are prices that reflect a zero amount. How can I find out the price?

A: Typically parts reflecting zero amounts are those with rapidly changing prices.  For the most up to date information, you can email or contact us at 1-877-880-3110 7:00 am to 4:30 pm CST.
