When you place an order, Armature Service Co., Inc. collects your name, address, telephone number, credit card information (orders only), and e-mail address. Secure Shopping & Registration Guarantee
The purchase and registration areas of our site (OnLine Shop) are secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption to prevent unauthorized access to your information. The secure site is indicated in the URL with the use of "https://", and often reflected at the bottom of your browser with a lock or key graphic.

Links
Any links to external web sites may be developed by people over whom Armature Service Co., Inc. exercises no control. These other sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information. Armature Service Co., Inc. may present links in a format that enables us to understand whether they have been followed. We use this information to understand and improve the quality of our products and web site. For instance, this data helps us determine how popular a product is and if there is anything we can do to improve on it.

Ordering
When ordering give part number and description. Specify exact application and specific information as to car or truck model; year of manufacture; engine make and size; transmission type and model; rear end make, model, and size; etc. Have your name, street address (including zip), and daytime phone number ready. Our fax order line is open 24 hours. Be sure all information is included - order cannot be processed without daytime phone number.

Payment
For your order to be handled expeditiously, preferred methods of payment include MasterCard, Visa, certified check, or money order. Prepayment by personal or corporate check will delay processing and shipping the order until verification of funds is received. C.O.D. orders are not accepted. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.

Deposits
On most orders, full payment is required to be made at the time the order is placed. A deposit of 50% is required on all frame and chassis orders, with full payment due prior to shippment. Full payment is required on all special ordered parts and on all special labor or custom fabrication orders.

Shipping
Orders are shipped by the most economical way, either UPS or by truck line. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

Refused Shipments
Customers will be charged a minimum 25% handling charge plus freight on refused orders. Reorders and future orders may require prepayment in full.

Back Orders
Any item not in stock when order is shipped will be placed on back order. All back orders will be noted on customer packing slip and invoice. Back ordered parts will be shipped immediately when available. If delay in shipping is expected to be more than a few weeks you will be notified. If paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the back ordered item is shipped.

Sales Tax
Arkansas residents must pay sales tax. This includes out of state customers that pick up parts at our location. Companies buying parts for resale must have a signed resale card, and a copy of their sales tax certificate on file in our office.

Returns
All sales are final and the return of merchandise may be authorized only after a return request has been made. A Return Authorization number (RAN) will be given. The RAN must be on the outside of the returning package and must be included on all correspondence. It is a good practice to put the RAN on the outside of the package in several locations so that it does not get worn off in shipping on its way back to us. Without the RAN, and a copy of your original invoice, your return cannot be processed. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted. Shipping, handling and crating charges are non-refundable. Approved items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned parts must be new, undamaged, and in resellable condition. Parts that have been used, damaged, coated, modified, or in not new condition will not be accepted. Items used, rusty, chromed, coated, primered, painted, powdercoated, or modified in any way are not returnable. All authorized returns must be received by Armature Service Co., Inc. within 30 days of the original invoice date. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date.

Damage
Claims for damaged or lost merchandise must be made directly with the freight carrier (UPS or truck). Merchandise that is shipped via UPS and received damaged must be kept in original carton for their inspection. If you need help making a claim to the freight carrier please call for assistance.

Pricing
Although we make every attempt to maintain our pricing as long as possible, due to market and supply fluctuations, Armature Service Co., Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Exchanges
Armature Service Co., Inc. is always in the process of improving, redesigning, and expanding its product line. Please do not ask us to exchange or 'upgrade' items of one style or specification for another style for specification. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, but cannot take trade-ins

Manufacturer's Rights
Armature Service Co., Inc., our suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers reserve the right to make changes in design or to make additions to or improve upon products at any time without incurring any obligation whatsoever to install or improve upon products previously manufactured or sold.

Liability & Warranty
Because Armature Service Co., Inc., our suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers have no control over the installation and/or use of their products, we will not be liable, jointly or individually, for personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. No warranty is expressed or implied. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, at the time the merchandise is shipped/picked-up. We will replace or repair any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection. Our guarantee covers replacement or repair of defective merchandise only. Product must be returned freight prepaid for inspection. There is no guarantee on parts rusty, modified in any way, chromed, polished, painted, powder coated or installations using customer supplied components or other parts.
